Healthy Aging Partnerships in Prevention Initiative

Picture
The Healthy Aging Partnerships in Prevention Initiative is an academic-community (UCLA) partnership to increase clinical preventive services (CPS) use by low income African American's age 50 + who have been historically underserved.  CABWHP will engage Black women over 50 with support, education and outreach to raise awareness and encourage completion of breast and cervical cancer preventive screenings via local health providers.
