We are a small team offering programs statewide and rely on support from volunteers and partners. The Family Reunion will feature lots of activities, food, entertainment, and networking, and we need volunteers to help provide on-the-ground support.

With health disparities continuing to be at crisis levels in California and across the nation, we have set a goal for "The Family Reunion" to raise $300,000 in funding to further our mission of advancing health justice. Our programs span areas impacting our community's health and well-being, from preconception to aging, and include: mental, maternal, reproductive, sexual health, violence prevention, COVID-19, emerging health challenges and the impact of social determinants on health. All sponsorships and donations will strengthen operations and support existing programs focused on training, educating and building the capacity of Black women to become health advocates and activists.
