Picture
In honor of California Black Women’s Health Project’s 30th anniversary, today we're reminding you, through this empowering campaign, to: "Nurture & protect your spirit." Today, we highlight the power of tending to our own spirits and well-being. Remember, mental health and spiritual and overall well-being are deeply connected.
Today's Activities:
1. Check out Lalah Delia's 'Spiritual Alchemy' Class Playback and Healing Resources
Today we’ve partnered with Lalah Delia, author of Vibrate Higher Daily, to provide you with spiritual guidance, resources and more! We’ve also shared spiritual hygiene tips that we hope empower you to protect your energy and cultivate inner peace, balance and healing! Our community can access this offering for free below. If you’re interested in more of Lalah’s work visit her website or connect with her on Instagram!
