Culturally Relevant Personal Finance Education for Black Women
This week, in partnership with Ed. Opal, a trailblazing organization founded by Khayla McCoy to close gender and racial wealth gaps, we hosted a transformative virtual workshop that brought the fourth commandment of mental health—"Know Your Limits; Set Healthy Boundaries"—to life. The workshop, "Balances & Boundaries," highlighted culturally relevant personal finance education tailored specifically for Black women. We thank the Ed. Opal team for providing our community with impactful resources, including this financial wellness workbook. If you’re interested in learning more about Ed. Opal visit their website.
Spiritual Alchemy Class Playback & Healing Resources
On day three of the "12 Days of Wellness" campaign, we partnered with Lalah Delia, author of Vibrate Higher Daily, to provide you with spiritual guidance and resources to "nurture and protect your spirit," our third commandment of good mental health. Our community can access this offering here. We thank Lalah for sharing these resources with our community. If you’re interested in more of Lalah’s work visit her website or connect with her on Instagram!
