Welcome to Day Five of the "12 Days of Wellness" campaign!
In honor of California Black Women’s Health Project’s 30th anniversary, today we're reminding you, through this empowering campaign, to: "Commit to fun & relaxing activities." Committing to fun and relaxing activities can help us recharge and reconnect with our minds, bodies and souls. Whether it's dancing, journaling or spending time in nature, moments of joy and relaxation provide a moment away from the pressures of daily life, fostering emotional balance and wellness. Prioritizing leisure and self-care helps cultivate a sense of peace and empowerment, reminding us that our well-being deserves attention and care. Share how you're participating in the campaign and your reflections on social media with the hashtag #12DaysofWellness or include your thoughts in the "12 Days of Wellness" Whatsapp Group Chat or the fundraising community page!
