Welcome to Day Eleven of the "12 Days of Wellness" campaign!
In honor of California Black Women’s Health Project’s 30th anniversary, today we're encouraging you, through this empowering campaign, to: "Recognize & journal your mood changes." Today we want to focus on tuning into our emotions by “Recognizing & journaling our mood changes.” Tracking your moods regularly can be a great way to understand your emotional patterns and develop strategies for better supporting your mental health. You can gain insights into the impact of your daily habits, relationships and routines and determine where changes may need to be made, where you can celebrate the small wins, address triggers and take note of what is bringing you the most joy at this time. Share how you're participating in the campaign and your reflections on social media with the hashtag #12DaysofWellness or include your thoughts in the "12 Days of Wellness" Whatsapp Group Chat or the fundraising community page!
Today's Activities:
1. RSVP to join us tomorrow, from 6PM-8PM for Community Circles happening across the state.
Food | Giveaways | Resources | & More
The legacy of slavery and systemic racism has profoundly impacted the mental health of Black communities, with effects passed down through generations. We invite you to join an intimate community circle where we’ll explore the ongoing effects of systemic racism, share personal stories and discuss how reparations can address both economic and mental health disparities. We’ll honor our journey, envision healing and take action toward a more just and supportive future.
