Getting Emergency Contraception in Los Angeles: The Community's Experience

Over the last year, Pharmacy Access Partnership has worked with our many Los Angeles colleagues, including the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, the LA Office of Women's Health and the California Emergency Contraception (EC) Network, to assess the public and private EC access points throughout the county.

To discuss ways to improve EC access in LA from the community's perspective, Pharmacy Access Partnership is holding a Town Hall Meeting in Los Angeles on May 23, 6-7:30 pm* to bring advocates, policymakers and community members together to address this important issue. We hope you can join us and encourage you to bring your community stakeholders of all ages.

* Please note that this meeting is independent of the California EC Network meeting taking place at the California Family Health Council earlier that same day. All EC advocates are welcome to attend both meetings.
