How to purchase tickets
Raffle tickets are $25 each. You may purchase as many as you like to increase your chances of winning. Download the entry form and send it to us by fax or mail. Call (310) 412-1828 for more information and assistance.
Raffle tickets must be purchased by 5pm on November 30, 2007
All sales are final. Ticket purchase is not tax-deductible. CA Raffle Reg. #R-4412.
Brief Summary Of Official Rules and Regulations
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by all the official rules and regulations. For a copy of the complete rules and regulations, click here or call 310 412-1828.
Tickets: Raffle tickets are $25.00 each. Raffle tickets must be purchased by 5:00 pm PST. November 30, 2007. All sales transactions are final. Division of a prize by a group purchasing a ticket in common shall be the sole responsibility of the person named as the holder of record of that ticket. Purchases are not tax-deductible contributions.
Selection of Winners: Winning tickets will be drawn at random in or near December 2007. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win. Any purchase requests received after 5:00 pm PST on November 30, 2007 will be returned.
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to purchase tickets or win a prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor: California Black Women’s Health Project, 101 North La Brea Ave., Suite 610, Inglewood, CA 90301. CABWHP is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. CA Raffle Registration No: R-4412
Grand Prize Conditions: Prize is limited to Roundtrip Business Class Transportation for two (2) from any US48 to any American Airlines destination in Central or South America. Transportation on other carriers, overnight lodging or ground transportation, if required, will not be at the expense of American Airlines or the California Black Women’s Health Project. Travel award is valid through September 30, 2008 and validity may not be extended. Seats are based on availability at the time of reservation.
